Abby:Day 13

We had a breakfast served on a tray at our hotel.(because it was so small we could carry it back to the room) Then we went to Carlsbad Caverns to take the Kings Palace tour and complete my Junior Ranger. I loved the formations but hated (HATED) the blackout! From there we headed to Guadalupe Mountains National Park where we walked a small trail and completed my Junior Ranger. Then we headed on the "long" drive up to our hotel in Fort Davis to check-in and wait for Grammy and Grandpa to arrive.  Then we settled into our rooms then headed to dinner at the town drug store. The food was great, but the service was slow. Everbody except me had to take their food in the car. Then we went to McDonald Observatory to listen to a talk about the night sky and then went to the star party to obsere the constellations and look through big revolving telescopes. Then we started to head back to our hotel. I was so tired that I went straight to bed! Write more soon!
